Booking Conditions

1. The deposit will forfeited in the event of cancellation by you.

2. The information in the brochure is correct at the time of writing.

3. The cottage will be in a clean and tidy condition at the beginning of your booking; we expect it to be left clean and tidy at the end of your booking

4. The owners and their representative shall be allowed access at any reasonable time during holiday occupancy.

5. No responsibility can be accepted for loss or damage to the visitors’ property.

6. All damages are the responsibility of the hirer.

7. I will occupy 6 The Warren for the specified dates and no more.
8. In completing the booking form and paying the deposit, I agree to all the above conditions.

Linen : Sheets and bedding are provided, and towels.

Cleaning materials are located under the kitchen sink and in the cupboard under the stairs.

The heating is on a programme that comes on morning and afternoon /evening. Please switch the thermostat outside the kitchen door to approx 18 when you arrive , and down again to below 10 ( aim at about 6) when you leave. There is a woodburner for additional  heat in the front room.

Shower please be aware that the water pressure is very high
