Ground Floor

Kitchen Facilities

All the facilities you need in our fully fitted kitchen  including “glide & hide” electric fan oven,  induction hob with extractor hood,  fridge with small freezer compartment, microwave, kettle, toaster,  ample  crockery, cutlery,  glasses and  cooking equipment.

There is  also a  beautiful old range (sadly not in use), a comfortable dining area and settee for relaxing and chatting.

Sitting Room

Relax for the evening in the cosy, sitting Room  with woodburner, three piece suite, TV & DVD, books and games, iPod speakers,  dining table and chairs.

Shower Room

With powerful shower, and washbasin.

Separate Toilet & Washbasin.

There is also a washing machine, iron, hoover, deck chairs, etc.

First Floor

Upstairs cloakroom. There is a wash basin and WC.

Master Bedroom

A king size bed in a room with a traditional atmosphere and views over the garden.

There is also a single bed if you need a young child close by.  Each bed is provided with a duvet and cover, sheets, pillow and blanket.

Second Bedroom

Comfort and flexibility with a pair of matching divans that can be made up as twins or a super king-sized bed, with lovely views over farmland, looking up towards the moors.

Attic 

The main attic room has two single beds and stunning views across the hill farms to the moorland edge.  An ideal place for adventurous children, or to sit, inspired by the views to paint, draw or write.

Small children?

We have a high chair, travel cot and baby bath to keep them safe and happy, all stored in the master bedroom.

Escape spaces

Need a bit of “me time”?  Relax with a good book in the rocking chair or curled up under the skylight!  Forgotten your book?  We have something for all tastes and ages.
